Can I request recurring service?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning is our most popular option, with the same cleaner on your home whenever possible so they learn how you like things done.
Do you offer other services besides home cleaning?
We focus on home cleaning, including recurring, deep, and move-in / move-out cleans. Move-out is cleaning only, we don't pack, haul, or move furniture. Light office and commercial cleaning is available on request.
Do I need to be home, and are supplies included?
You don't need to be home, many clients arrange secure access and we lock up when finished. Your cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment; if you'd prefer specific products used in your home, just let us know.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas in question at no extra charge.
